Most tours rush you through Egypt in five days: one day at the Pyramids, two at the Nile, two at the temples, and a flight home. This 7-day private tour slows it down — because light, not schedule, controls when we shoot.
You travel with a dedicated photographer and a certified Egyptologist from Cairo to Aswan. Every sunrise and sunset is planned. Every temple is timed for the best shot. And by the end of the week you have 400+ fully edited photos.

Arrive in Cairo
Airport pickup, check into your 5-star hotel, welcome briefing with your Egyptologist and photographer. Evening rooftop dinner overlooking the Nile.
Pyramids Sunrise + Grand Egyptian Museum
Pre-dawn pickup. Sunrise private session on the Giza Plateau — Pyramids and Sphinx portraits. Breakfast overlooking the Pyramids. Afternoon at the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). Evening at Khan el-Khalili.
Fly to Luxor — Karnak at Sunset
Morning flight to Luxor. Check into your Nile-view hotel. Afternoon private shoot at Luxor Temple, then Karnak Hypostyle Hall at sunset — 134 columns lit by golden light.
Valley of the Kings & Hatshepsut
Pre-dawn departure for the West Bank. Valley of the Kings with private tomb access, then Hatshepsut's terraced temple. Optional hot air balloon over the Nile at dawn (add $180). Evening free.
Board the Dahabiya — Edfu & Kom Ombo
Morning board your private Dahabiya. Sail Luxor to Edfu. Afternoon visit to Edfu Temple (best-preserved in Egypt). Sunset shoot on the private sundeck as we approach Kom Ombo.
Kom Ombo to Aswan — Nubian Villages
Morning at Kom Ombo, the double temple on the river's edge. Afternoon stop at a Nubian village for editorial portraits in coloured courtyards. Evening at Aswan.
Abu Simbel, Philae & Departure
Pre-dawn flight to Abu Simbel for sunrise at Ramses II's greatest monument. Afternoon boat to Philae Temple. Evening flight Aswan → Cairo and international departure.

Is 7 days enough for Cairo, Luxor, Aswan and a Nile cruise?
Yes — this is the sweet spot. You see the Pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum on Days 1–2, Luxor temples and tombs on Days 3–4, sail the Nile on Days 5–6, and visit Abu Simbel and Philae on Day 7. Every day is timed around the best light.
What level of fitness is required?
Moderate. Some walking is required at the sites (uneven stone, sand, stairs), but the pace is gentle. All transfers are private vehicles or boats.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free and other dietary needs can all be arranged. Tell us in advance.
Is the tour suitable for solo travelers?
Yes — many of our clients travel solo. You get the same private photographer, vehicle and guide. The tour price is per person for a group of two; solo supplement applies for single occupancy.
What is the best time of year for this tour?
October to April offers the best light and temperatures. May to September is quieter and cheaper, with sessions scheduled at sunrise and after 5 PM.
Can I customise the itinerary?
Absolutely. Every day is fully private and can be adjusted. Add Alexandria, Alexandria's Catacombs, Saqqara, or extra nights in Cairo or on the Nile.
