1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a photoshoot or tour with Egypt Photography Tours — whether via our website, email, WhatsApp or in person — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you book on behalf of a group, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on everyone's behalf.

Our Return & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation and receive the required deposit or full payment.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• You must provide accurate names, nationalities and passport details required for Egyptian photography permits.
• Meeting points and times are provided in your confirmation email — usually sent 48 hours before your shoot.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 7 days before your tour or photoshoot.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and, in some cases, cash on arrival (must be agreed in advance).
• Entry fees, permits and government taxes are included in your quoted price unless explicitly excluded.
• Currency conversion fees and international transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive at the meeting point on time — we recommend 10 minutes early. Late arrivals reduce your photography time.
• Dress appropriately for the location and season. Modest clothing is recommended for religious sites.
• Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, mobility requirements or dietary needs that could affect your experience.
• Be respectful of Egyptian laws, customs and other visitors.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings — we are not liable for lost or stolen items.

5. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to end a shoot or tour — without refund — if a client behaves in a way that endangers safety, damages property, harasses our team or other guests, or violates Egyptian law. This is rare, but necessary to protect everyone involved.

6. Photography Rights & Image Use

• Your photos: You receive full personal usage rights to all delivered images. Print them, share them on social media, use them privately — they are yours.
• Commercial use: You may not resell our photographs without written permission. If you want commercial licensing, contact us for a quote.
• Portfolio rights: We may use a small selection of anonymous or watermark-free images from your shoot on our gallery, Instagram and marketing. If you prefer privacy, tell us in advance and we will never publish your images.
• Watermarks: Preview galleries may be watermarked. Final full-resolution images are always watermark-free.
• Attribution: When you share our work publicly, a tag or credit to @hossam_artistic is appreciated but not required.

7. Delivery of Final Images

All packages include 150–300 retouched images delivered within 48 hours of your photoshoot via a private online gallery. Individual packages, including our honeymoon shoot and 7-day Egypt tour, may include more. Delivery times may occasionally be extended by 24 hours for weekend or holiday shoots — we will always tell you in advance.

8. Travel Insurance & Health

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation and personal belongings. Egypt Photography Tours is not a travel insurance provider and cannot be held liable for events outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific tour or photoshoot. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including missed flights, hotel costs or third-party losses.

Some events are simply beyond our control: extreme weather, political unrest, government closures, pandemic restrictions or personal emergencies. In these cases we will do everything we can to reschedule or refund, but we cannot be held responsible for the underlying cause. See our Return Policy for details.

10. Intellectual Property of This Website

All content on this website — text, layout, code, graphics and photographs not taken during your own booking — is the property of Egypt Photography Tours and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use any part of it without written permission.

11. Complaints & Feedback

If something wasn't right, please tell us directly first — we genuinely want to make it right. Email info@egyptphotographytours.com or message us on WhatsApp. We respond to all complaints within 48 hours.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking is the version that applies to you. Major changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from a booking or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Giza, Egypt.
